The process of scheduling Ronald to paint an event is much like booking a photographer or the venue for the event itself. Clients first contact Portraits, Inc. to schedule a time, then Ronald will consult with clients and event coordinators to determine the preferred scene to paint and figure out additional details.
In addition to the painting, photographs are also discreetly taken during the event so that all components of the occasion are well documented should any additional elements need to be added later in the studio. Pricing for a live-event painting starts at $4,000, and prints of the painting and a video of Ronald creating the canvas may be procured as well.
